Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the campaign content (text and images) you create. However, you grant us a license to display and transmit this content for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wlat.org is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any failed email deliveries, downtime, or actions taken by recipients of your emails.

5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
